This one isn't too hard to understand if you realize what is going on in the first place. I am sure everyone has seen or been in one of those line queues at theaters or museums or at least the airport. Of course it is sometimes hard to judge how the line will be at any given point during the day so it can lead to situations where one person takes 5 minutes to walk 10 feet foward or we need 3 employees to direct a group of people in all sorts of new paths without complaining about cutting. It is not that amusing from a general sort of standpoint, but if you have seen one person walk back and forth in one of these things and said hi to them about 5 times before they have even reached you, it is pretty humorous.
There is not much else of consequence in this comic. That is the south door, there are some sort of ceremonial masks on either side of the staircase. I would look them up but they are not really relevant other than you can sort've see the one (or my little thumbnail sketch of one), in the last panel. The people in the last panel are nobody in particular, so that is also a dead end on space filling.
