Make with the talk-talk

There actually is a super-futuristic version of RISK, and while I've never played it I hear it's pretty good.

I did it again... I got carried away in coloring and put too much detail into the strip. Those stars eat the JPEG algorithm alive, and today's strip weighs in at a record 170KB, the lowest point I could find where everything stopped looking like total garbage. Still, it's not terribly pretty, so I uploaded a 360KB version that's larger and clearer.

I need to stop doing that.
